At 1111 Atwater, our team worked on its luxurious common spaces, as well as bespoke penthouses interiors: Beyond a landscaped plaza with a public space, park and drop-off point for residents and visitors at the base of the project, a lavish experience awaits past the front door’s threshold with a spacious reception hall for curated private moments and an oasitic lobby for rest and perspective. Capturing the energy of downtown with prestigious flair and lavish designs inspired by the nearby Golden Square Mile and Westmount neighbourhoods, only the highest quality materials and refined designs were used with customizable finishes to capture the project’s vision to go beyond run-of-the-mill mass volume products.
Lemay and NEUF architect(e)s have collaborated to bring one of the downtown core’s tallest buildings yet to life. As an iconic visual landmark, this tower stands on an important downtown site and its slender silhouette is accentuated by the introduction of a vertical breach of contrasting colour on its western façade. While its volume is expanded at the base to accommodate public spaces, the majestic tower proposes three distinct living environment: 1111 Atwater offering luxurious penthouse-style condominiums, Eleva presenting high-end rental condominiums for active retirees and Selena, a residence for seniors dedicated to assisted living and memory care.
Awarded Best High-Rise Development in the Americas and Best High-Rise Development in Canada (2019-2020), 1111 Atwater is set to become a signature structure on downtown’s southwestern edge, and the new height of luxury in Montreal.
