Twisting skyward above Vancouver, CURV is the city’s tallest residential tower on the downtown peninsula’s highest point. From common rooms to condominium suites, its 60 storeys of interiors combine comfort and beauty with an enduring and purposeful west coast luxury.

Taking a complementary approach to the building’s sustainable design, the design approach begins with the lobby’s porcelain flooring, walls of fluted stone and glass, crisp white and soothing softwood beige walls, a white stone concierge desk, and a living plant wall and tree fountain. Beyond here, a luminous hall of elevator cabs flow up to awaiting luxuries.

The residences are expressed through curvilinear designs and furnishings of smooth edges, softened corners, and organic forms, creating minimalist atmospheres that match the swells in the Salish Sea and sloping sides of the North Shore Mountains seen outside. This fluidity finds further expression on the 60th floor’s common spaces of a games room featuring custom leather wall paneling, a social lounge with a fireplace and venetian plaster, the secluded dining room and see-through glass wine cellar, a yoga studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gym with an angular design for sharpened focus. From this floor, a staircase framed by towering windows curves up to the rooftop.

Open to the sky above but enclosed against the wind with 360-degree views of Vancouver, the summit features include a social garden’s crescent of seating around an open fireplace, the SkySpa’s hot tub, the circular SkyBar, and a dining area with multifunctional seating. Plants can be found across this summit, but are most prominent on south-facing plant walls that climb and catch the sun.

Through carefully selected elements and materials that add and accumulate value to elegance, the interior designs of CURV are much more than residences—they are living experiences.
