Set in the heart of Palm Beaches within the Nautilus 220 mixed-use complex, SeaHawk Prime is the latest collaboration between our interior designers and celebrity chef David Burke.
The 7,500 square foot restaurant will serve modern American cuisine in a vibrant, nautical atmosphere boasting a warm blue-green and beige palette reminiscent of the sea. As the ceiling stretches the height of two levels, 156 plush seats dot the space, contrasting the gold and turquoise enveloping the central bar. Encased in a pattern of thick rope, orb-shaped lighting fixtures hang from the ceiling, yet another reminder of the boating life that is so present in the area.
Opposite the towering wine cellar climbing up the dining room’s inner wall, large floor-to-ceiling windows open up onto the exterior terrace, where guests can enjoy the view of the surrounding marina. While gauzy white curtains billow like sails in the wind, the centerpiece of the space—a slender wooden boat hanging over the main dining area—attracts the eye and creates a moment of surprise and wonder as soon as guests walk in. Drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched landscape of Palm Beaches, SeaHawk Prime is a unique yet comfortingly familiar take on life by the sea.
